Glucosamine Sulphate

Glucosamine is a natural substance derived from crab and shrimp shells.  It's found in the body and utilized in the production of tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and joint cartilage. In most cases, the joints produce sufficient glucosamine to keep the cartilage in good repair, but if not, the cartilage dries out, degenerates, and cracks. Chondroitin
Acts as a magnet to help attract fluid to the cartilage.  The fluid acts as a spongy shock absorber and transports nutrients to the cartilage.

MSM - Methyl Sulphonyl Methane
