Glucosamine is a natural substance derived from crab and shrimp shells. It's found in the body and utilised in the production of tendons, ligaments, connective tissue and joint cartilage. In most cases, the joints produce sufficient glucosamine to keep the cartilage in good repair, but if not, the cartilage dries out, degenerates, and cracks. Left unprotected, the joints then become swollen, stiff, inflamed, tender, and painful.

Bee venom consists of more than 18 natural substances that cannot be chemically reproduced. One of the most important components is Melittin (mel a tin).

Ingredients/Dosage

500mg of Glucosamine hydrochloride
25mcg of Bee venom

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule three times a day, however an initial small dose is recommended as a simple precaution against the possibility of an allergic reaction.
